Group Spin  at TW Sports Centre – 20.15 to 21.15  Starts Tuesday 7th November

Wednesday :
Pool swim at TW Sports Centre –  20.30 to 21.30

Thursday :
Yoga for Runners at Rusthall Church Hall (right of One Stop) with the kind permission of Tunbridge Wells Harriers – 19.30 to 20.30

Friday :
Pool swim at TW Sports Centre –  19.00 to 20.00

Saturday :
Parkrun at Tunbridge Wells or Tonbridge – 09.00

Coached Strength & Conditioning Session at Elite Performance Labs 15:00 to 16:15 – Introductory sessions, Sat 21st Oct, Sat 28th Oct and Sat 4th Nov. Further sessions to be confirmed.

Sunday :
Club ride from Velo House 08.00/08.30 start for 2/3 hours
